Develop and maintain incident management and response policies, ensuring SLA and KPI adherence and preservation of forensic artefacts.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in SOC functions such as Incident Management, Threat Detection, Vulnerability Management, or SOC platform management.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields (B.Tech / MCA / MBA with IT background).
At least one mandatory certification from EC-Council (Certified SOC Analyst, CHFI, CEH), CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, GIAC Certified Incident Handler or equivalent.
Preferred experience with SOC security tools like SIEM, Splunk, Vulnerability Management, SOAR, etc.
Experienced in operational SOC functions with capability to manage alerts and incidents under SLAs and KPIs to improve detection and response times.
Capable of executing and developing SOC playbooks and incident response procedures focusing on forensic preservation and escalation.
Technically proficient with SOC security tools, preferably with product certifications, and a strong grounding in cybersecurity concepts and incident handling workflows.
