About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy internal AI and automation tools that reduce repetitive tasks and improve efficiency across Sales, Pre-Sales, Support, Product, and Operations teams.
- Develop end-to-end solutions including UI, backend services, workflows, integrations with enterprise systems like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Jira, and ensure operational deployment with CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
- Measure adoption, quality, and operational efficiency post-deployment, and build reusable solution components to maximize impact across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5), engineering degree, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in application development, automation, or AI solution implementation in an enterprise environment.
- Strong full-stack development skills including Python and/or TypeScript, REST APIs, databases, and user interface design.
- Proficiency in generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG), enterprise system integration (OAuth 2.0/OIDC, SSO), and cloud DevOps tools (Docker, Git, CI/CD).

- Skilled in building secure, scalable, and maintainable internal tools with a product mindset, including understanding data protection and human oversight requirements.
- Comfortable in hybrid international work environments, collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and iterating solutions based on user feedback.
