Experienced in working closely with business teams to translate real business needs into practical AI/automation solutions balancing simplicity, robustness, and user adoption.
Skilled in building secure, scalable, and maintainable internal tools with a product mindset, including understanding data protection and human oversight requirements.
Comfortable in hybrid international work environments, collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and iterating solutions based on user feedback.
