About This Role
- Lead end-to-end management of new hardware product releases and product lifecycle from introduction to decline within Supply Chain Operations.
- Drive performance improvements in Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Risk mitigation for manufacturing programs.
- Manage cross-functional teams (20+ members) and stakeholder relationships to ensure timely delivery of supply chain and manufacturing requirements aligned with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management or related roles.
- Experience managing complex manufacturing or supply chain projects including New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Role requires hybrid work model with approximately 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.

- Strong expertise in supply chain strategy, NPI processes, and lifecycle management in manufacturing environments.
- Experienced in managing large, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams with effective stakeholder communication up to executive level.
- Operates well in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with proven ability to drive issue resolution and implement innovative process improvements.
