About This Role
- Manage assigned Digital Building projects end-to-end ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Maintain and audit project data quality, governance adherence, and delivery assurance across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Serve as a client-facing liaison coordinating with technical, commercial, and delivery teams to track progress, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, service delivery, program coordination, PMO, or delivery assurance.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets including advanced features (formulas, pivot tables, validation) and experience with project management/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com).
- Experience maintaining project processes, playbooks, SOPs, or governance documentation.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant project/delivery roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing projects within technology-led environments such as Digital Buildings, IoT Systems, or Systems Integration (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining rigorous data quality and governance standards.
- Demonstrates strong client and stakeholder management skills with focus on operational delivery, risk management, and continuous improvement.
