Delivery Release Manager/Senior

Own the end-to-end governance and execution of code and configuration promotions through multiple pre-production environments to Technical Go-Live (TGL), ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and segregated duties.

Manage infrastructure lifecycle including tenant provisioning, sizing, performance monitoring, and platform upgrades to support release schedules and operational stability.

Lead cross-functional release and project management activities, coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver software releases, upgrades, and customer engagements in supply chain and planning domains.

6–10 years of experience in IT release, environment, or configuration management, preferably in ERP, IBP or supply-chain planning platforms.

7–10 years overall work experience with at least 5 years in project management within supply chain, retail, or analytics domains.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Statistics, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Location: Bangalore with hybrid work model.

Experienced in structured release cadence and governance with strong ability to enforce quality and segregation of duties in fast-paced delivery environments.

Proven skills in infrastructure and tenant management including capacity planning, root cause analysis, and cost optimization on enterprise SaaS/cloud platforms.

Strong project management background delivering complex, multi-stakeholder supply chain technology projects, with exposure to global customers and familiarity with relevant tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ELK).
