Lead a small team ensuring adherence to team SLA performance and resource planning.
Manage end-to-end actuarial model results production, including IFRS, Economic Capital, Asset Share, and New Business Reporting.
Conduct actuarial model validation, stress testing, solvency II SCR calculation, and lead complex projects including dashboards and communication.
Minimum Requirements
At least 4 years of Actuarial experience.
Graduation with Actuarial exams completed.
Strong understanding of Prophet and DCS actuarial software.
Experience with actuarial modeling or actuarial SME with data science skills in VBA/R/Python.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading small teams with responsibility for SLA management and performance review.
Proficient in actuarial reporting and analysis under Solvency II and IFRS frameworks.
Able to manage complex actuarial projects involving model validation, stress testing, and cross-functional communication.
