About This Role
- Own solution design and configuration of Zenoti software to align with customer business processes.
- Lead setup of proof of concepts and pilot implementations for high priority and large customers ensuring successful deployment.
- Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to support customer onboarding and integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience in software system implementation, including data transformation, validation, and migration tasks.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel features; working knowledge of database systems is a plus.
- Ability to develop and use tools/scripts to transform data for customer site setups.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in relevant software implementation roles.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end implementation projects with technical data migration expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through development of migration tools and quality checks.
- Able to effectively coordinate across multiple projects and customers in a fast-paced environment.
