Tier-1 brand, metro staff fullstack role with broad AI and web skillset creates high competition.
Requires specialized staff-level AI/agent architecture and HR/platform experience, limiting transferability.
Explicit 12+ years and mandatory AI, React/Node, production and on-call experience make filters high.
Own the architecture and technical direction for model-driven AI capabilities across the HR domain, including agent composition, context management, tool exposure, and autonomy policy.
Set standards and build evaluation infrastructure for safe, scalable deployment across multiple teams, ensuring production quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in sensitive HR data handling.
Translate ambiguous problem statements into testable specifications, lead root-cause analysis on complex incidents, and influence cross-team alignment on AI model orchestration and behavior.
12+ years software engineering experience (backend, frontend, or full stack).
Strong JavaScript/Node.js, React, API integration, automated testing, and CI/CD pipeline experience.
Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI or ML-driven features (LLM prompting, NLU, classification models, guardrails), and production AI integration including LLM APIs and tool orchestration.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experienced in building model-driven, probabilistic AI systems emphasizing architecture, versioned natural-language logic, and multi-team coordination rather than feature-level coding.
Capable of setting domain-level policy on AI agent autonomy, especially in regulated, sensitive environments like HR payroll and benefits, prioritizing compliance and safety.
Skilled in defining evaluation metrics and observability for AI behavior, including handling jurisdiction-specific policies, data exposure risks, and integrating conversational design considerations.
