About This Role
- Administer and optimize enterprise Windows, Linux, and macOS systems including cloud services, identity management, and endpoint platforms.
- Lead technical implementation and execution of enterprise IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and network issues; develop automation scripts; participate in on-call rotation and mentor junior administrators.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience administering enterprise IT infrastructure and systems.
- Strong experience with Windows, Linux, macOS, Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Group Policy, Microsoft 365 services, endpoint platforms (JAMF, Intune), and networking fundamentals.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and support scheduled maintenance outside normal hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing hybrid cloud environments and enterprise cloud infrastructure, especially Microsoft Azure.
- Skilled in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash) and advanced troubleshooting across operating systems and infrastructure.
- Has background in regulated or highly secure enterprise IT environments and familiarity with ITIL or ITSM practices.
