About This Role
- Provide consultative and operational support for Compensation & Benefits in India, aligned with regional and global frameworks.
- Manage day-to-day compensation administration, annual compensation processes, benefits program execution, and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare reports, support process improvements, and coordinate with regional teams and internal stakeholders including HR, Finance, and Payroll.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of Compensation & Benefits experience within the Indian market.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference for HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Cognos; familiarity with SAP and Workday is a plus.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years in Compensation & Benefits; location: Bangalore, India.

- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Capable of managing multiple stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams effectively.
