Experienced in managing multiple outsourced service contracts and diverse facility teams in commercial real estate or similar environments.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed KPIs, Service Level Agreements, and client satisfaction targets under operational and financial constraints.
Skilled in leadership with capability to set stretch targets, resolve operational problems, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
