Must work shifts overlapping US, APAC, and EMEA time zones to facilitate training and collaboration.
Experienced leader with deep knowledge of Mutual Fund structures, US GAAP/IFRS, and regulatory financial reporting.
Proven ability to manage complex cross-departmental and global offshore coordination in a high-volume financial services environment.
Technically competent with automation tools (FundSuite, MCH, Macros) and strong problem-solving skills to drive process improvement.
