About This Role
- Lead and develop a team of instructional designers, managing coaching, performance, and resource allocation for multiple learning projects.
- Oversee design and delivery of learning solutions aligned with business goals, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive process improvements and adoption of emerging learning technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance team effectiveness and learning outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, learning & development, education, communications, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in instructional design or related disciplines, including leading complex learning initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing instructional design teams.
- Proven experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other learning development tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in fast-paced, global instructional design environments with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Skilled at applying adult learning principles and instructional design to create effective learning experiences.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools, vendor management, and working in regulated or financial services contexts.
