About This Role
- Manage procurement activities for Airbus-Air India JV across multiple commodities including engineering, digital, consulting, and corporate services.
- Lead the Call for Tender (CFT) processes and supplier lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with procurement governance, ethical standards, and Airbus processes.
- Drive procurement projects delivery on committed timelines and milestones while mitigating risks and optimizing procurement efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in procurement roles with at least 6+ years specifically in Procurement/Sourcing and overall 10 years relevant industry experience.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field with Procurement or Supply Chain Management qualification.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing, tendering (CFT), supplier onboarding, and contract management.
- Location: Gurgaon, India with willingness to travel locally and globally; proficiency in English.

- Proven ability to manage multi-commodity procurement in complex environments such as IT, sales, or manufacturing domains within joint ventures.
- Experienced in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with ability to work with remote management and distributed teams.
