About This Role
- Manage a large, multi-faceted project with multiple streams, technology platforms, and locations, owning project goals and coordinating among Customer, Technology, Operations, and other Project Managers.
- Own all management reports and maintain Book of Work, facilitating prioritization and providing regular updates to senior management, business, and technology stakeholders.
- Assess and mitigate project risks proactively, apply structured project management practices, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations during project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business or systems analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong foundation in statistics, data modeling, and translating business goals into analytical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with structured project management techniques (Agile and Waterfall) and managing complex technical projects; practical knowledge in AI-driven analytics and automation tools.

- Experienced in managing complex, variable-impact projects across diverse teams and geographies with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to bridge business and technology teams, understanding business priorities and translating them into technical/scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical and planning skills with hands-on use of SQL, Python, Excel, and familiarity with AI/ML implementations, enabling data-driven project decisions and innovation.
