About This Role
- Own configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of the o9 platform for supply chain and retail planning solutions post go-live.
- Ensure solution usability and uptime by resolving customer issues, validating end-to-end workflows, and coordinating with consultants for design issues.
- Lead creation and execution of workflow and data analytics test-cases, support user training, and interface with development for process/product improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-12+ years total experience, with minimum 2 years implementing planning applications mandatory.
- Education: BTech/BE/MCA/MTech degree required.
- Technical skills: Proficient in SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar; statistical/optimization tools (R, SAS, CPLEX) desirable but not mandatory.
- Deep knowledge of supply chain planning concepts (Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, S&OP) and retail planning processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end lifecycle of planning solution implementations including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
- Strong domain expertise in retail planning processes such as Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Allocations, Replenishment, and Retail Forecasting.
- Capable of leading solution delivery, managing customer expectations under pressure, and simplifying complex problems related to supply chain/planning.
