About This Role
- Lead technical validation, field trials, and performance evaluation of biological plant products across India and South Asia.
- Provide agronomic expertise and technical support to commercial partners, customers, and farmers including product recommendations, training, and troubleshooting.
- Drive market expansion by identifying new growth opportunities and supporting sales and regulatory activities including collaborating with research institutes for product registration.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Nutrition, Crop Science, Agricultural Microbiology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in agronomy, technical services, market development, crop nutrition/protection, agri-inputs, or biological solutions.
- Location requirement: NCR (New Delhi) or Bangalore, hybrid work model with ~60% travel within India.
- Experience designing and executing field trials; strong understanding of agricultural biological products and commercialization.

- Senior agronomy professional with proven ability to bridge science, commercial, and regulatory functions in agricultural biosolutions.
- Strong network with agricultural universities, research institutes, and industry stakeholders in South Asia supporting collaborative research and registration.
