About This Role
- Develop and maintain detailed production and shipment schedules ensuring on-time delivery and material availability.
- Manage MRP and ERP system requirements including order management, work order release, WIP resolution, and system exception handling.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with production, purchasing, engineering, quality, warehouse, logistics, and customers to resolve order issues and support seamless operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with MRP and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

- Experienced in managing demand forecasting, production scheduling, capacity management, and KPI monitoring within manufacturing or supply chain operations.
- Demonstrates ability to coordinate effectively across supply chain, procurement, production, and customer teams with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Operates well under pressure with strong organizational, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills focusing on data-driven decisions and process optimization.
