About This Role
- > Own end-to-end private credit data lifecycle including deal onboarding, borrower reporting, and data operations to support portfolio monitoring, valuation, and regulatory reporting.
- - Establish and enforce data governance and control frameworks for complex private credit data within a regulated environment.
- - Act as Bangalore-based SME liaison between New York and London teams driving data accuracy, escalation, and cross-functional project leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- > Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Business, Data Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- - 10+ years in data governance/data operations with 7–10+ years specifically in private credit, direct lending, or leveraged finance across capital stack.
- - Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake; hands-on experience with private credit/loan systems (e.g., WSO, Solvas, Allvue) and BI tools like Sigma.
- - Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years overall, with significant private credit domain experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- > Deep domain expertise in private corporate credit structures including unitranche, first/second lien, mezzanine debt, and associated covenants.
- - Experience operating as offshore SME supporting US and UK investment and operations teams in a global delivery model.
- - Skilled in designing and executing data governance, operational controls, and compliance processes for complex, manual and document-driven data in a high-regulation environment.
