Experienced in on-site HR operations within industrial or manufacturing settings with complex contractor and compliance requirements.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders including security, IT, administration, labor offices, and vendor coordination at site level.
Skilled in organizing structured employee engagement and development programs aligned with corporate HR frameworks.
