About This Role
- Own end-to-end HR operations at the site including onboarding, contractor labor management, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate with multiple teams (IT, Admin, security, managers) to ensure seamless workforce integration and administration.
- Manage stakeholder relationships locally and handle employee engagement, health & safety incident communication, and event organization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA in HR preferred).
- 3-10 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing unit, plant, or similar environment.
- Experience managing labor law compliance, contractor labor systems, and employee performance management.
- Work Experience Required: 3-10 years with minimum 2 years management within plant/manufacturing environment.

- Experienced in on-site HR operations within industrial or manufacturing settings with complex contractor and compliance requirements.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders including security, IT, administration, labor offices, and vendor coordination at site level.
