Architect and maintain core Policy Based Access Control (PBAC) infrastructure globally, ensuring scalability, resilience, and high performance.
Lead enterprise-wide adoption of PBAC, define organization-wide authorization standards, and drive transition to Policy as Code with automated pipelines.
Own platform lifecycle management including upgrades, security patching, performance tuning, and manage external Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
Minimum Requirements
5–9 years of IT/Security experience with at least 4 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically PBAC/ABAC in large enterprises.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field required; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
Technical expertise in XACML, Policy as Code (PaC), decentralized policy management, and IAM protocols like SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SSO, IGA.
Proficiency in Java or Python, Git, and CI/CD pipelines; expertise in Zero Trust principles and hybrid cloud environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader with deep IAM and PBAC/ABAC expertise in large enterprise environments.
Strong architectural mindset favoring configurable off-the-shelf solutions aligned with Zero Trust security.
Skilled in consulting, systems thinking, root cause analysis, and collaborating effectively with senior leadership and diverse global stakeholders.
