About This Role
- Manage provisioning, setup, and maintenance of test environments on cloud and on-premises for development and QA teams.
- Support configuration, release deployments, environment booking, and access control processes ensuring environment integrity and availability.
- Monitor environment health using tools like Geneos and Splunk, assist in test data integration, and maintain documentation and reporting on environment status.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, SRE, or test environment support, preferably in financial services.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or on-premises virtualization (VMware).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex test environments spanning cloud and on-prem infrastructure with strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Capable of coordinating across development, QA, and operations teams to maintain stable and compliant environment setups.
- Comfortable with automation, scripting, and monitoring to proactively identify and resolve environment issues.
