About This Role
- Lead the IAM Services Assurance function overseeing key controls across centralized and decentralized IAM services to ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.
- Create and execute multi-year roadmaps for IAM assurance capabilities, focusing on control monitoring, evidence automation, and continuous improvement of reporting and remediation.
- Manage a team of seven, collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to drive automation, risk management, and maintain audit-ready assurance reporting platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Business Management, or equivalent with 10+ years IT experience or 12+ years IT experience without degree showing progressive responsibility.
- Minimum 5 years leading multiple IAM service products and driving outcomes across centralized and distributed models.
- At least 3 years leading assurance or operations teams with continuous monitoring and remediation experience.
- Strong technical experience with IAM platforms such as Active Directory, LDAP, Beyond Identity, and knowledge of assurance reporting and control monitoring dashboards.

- Experienced strategic leader skilled in managing complex IAM assurance programs and cross-functional stakeholder engagement within regulated industries like finance.
- Demonstrates ability to design and automate IAM control solutions balancing risk and operational continuity using Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing teams while delivering audit compliance (SOX, PCI) and building scalable IAM assurance processes and reporting capabilities.
