About This Role
- Lead and manage an offshore data engineering team to develop and operationalize scalable data pipelines and models.
- Bridge communication between customers and the offshore team, translating requirements and feedback into clear technical outcomes.
- Oversee technical design and delivery quality, including data ingestion, transformation, validation, and pipeline optimization using cloud-based tools and ETL technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience engineering and operationalizing large, complex data pipelines.
- 5+ years hands-on experience with DBT and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- 4+ years experience with cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Dataflow, Data Fusion, Pub/Sub, Dataform, BigQuery, and Cloud SQL.
- Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of database storage concepts including data lakes, relational, NoSQL, and data warehousing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading offshore teams and managing technical design processes for data solutions.
- Proficient in designing and optimizing data pipelines in a cloud environment, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiar with agile development methodologies and capable of working closely with Data Architects, Data Scientists, and BI Engineers.
