Minimum Requirements
Experience as Site Reliability Engineer or DevOps Engineer in cloud-native environments using AWS and GCP.
Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools, especially Kubernetes and Docker at scale.
Programming proficiency in Golang or Python; willingness to learn Golang is acceptable.
Strong skills in CI/CD pipelines, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), Linux internals, core networking, and security best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and troubleshooting distributed database or large-scale data storage systems in cloud environments.
Comfortable working remotely with autonomy, strong communication skills, and collaborative with cross-functional teams including development and customer success.
Demonstrates advanced skills in programming (especially Golang) and infrastructure automation within Kubernetes-centric cloud-native infrastructure.
