About This Role
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities, including defining system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
- Resolve complex business and system process problems through in-depth analysis and ensure application design aligns with architectural standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mid-level developers, establish coding and testing standards, and oversee project management to deliver successful software solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Applications Development or systems analysis roles.
- Strong expertise with Angular, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, backend services, authentication/authorization, enterprise integrations, and Oracle ERP customization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
