About This Role
- Develop, test, and maintain front-end and/or back-end software components under senior engineer guidance.
- Participate in Agile team ceremonies and code reviews to improve quality and support application reliability.
- Assist in troubleshooting bugs and support issues, while applying coding standards and learning new technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of IT experience involving front-end and/or back-end system development.
- Basic experience with Java and familiarity with web frameworks like Angular, React, NodeJS, or Spring.
- Experience with version control tools (Git) and Agile development methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Candidate comfortable working closely with senior engineers and within Agile/scrum teams in an office-based environment.
- Strong willingness and demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and apply feedback for continuous improvement.
- Experience or interest in both front-end and back-end development with foundational understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
