About This Role
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities ensuring alignment with technology architecture.
- Partner with management to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products/process improvements.
- Provide expertise, develop coding/testing/debugging standards, coach mid-level developers, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong expertise in Angular, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, backend services, Oracle ERP customization, microservices architecture, and source control tools like Git.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full-stack application development across UI, middleware, APIs, and database layers within enterprise environments.
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities with ability to adjust priorities and provide technical guidance.
- Subject Matter Expert in applications development with strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns, including building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
