Medium due to mid-level role at a known employer with niche telecom OSS and specialized technical requirements.
High because role requires telecom OSS domain expertise and specific GraphDB, Redis, and observability validation skills.
High because JD mandates 5-10 years and many mandatory telecom OSS, GraphDB, Redis, automation and CI/CD skills.
Lead design and execution of end-to-end integration and validation testing strategies across multi-vendor OSS platforms covering Configuration, Inventory, Fault, Performance management, and Cloud Observability.
Own quality governance for complex telecom ecosystems including validation of Graph databases for network topologies and Redis for real-time caching under peak telecom traffic loads.
Develop and scale automated test frameworks (using Java/Python) integrating continuous validation gates into DevOps CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML-driven analytics and closed-loop automation workflows.
5-10 years of hands-on Software Quality Engineering experience specifically in Telecom OSS and Service Assurance systems.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related technical field.
Strong technical expertise in telecom OSS domains: FCAPS framework, Configuration Management, Inventory Management, Fault and Performance Management.
Proficiency with Graph databases (e.g. JanusGraph), Redis core architecture, and automation tools (Java/Python, Selenium, REST Assured).
Experienced in validating highly distributed, high-availability telecom systems with complex real-time telemetry and data persistence needs.
Operates with deep domain knowledge of telecom service assurance and network synchronization parameters.
Demonstrates architectural capability to build scalable, automated quality validation frameworks integrated into DevOps environments with focus on AI/ML-based network analytics.
