About This Role
- Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities to implement new or revised application systems and programs.
- Partner with management to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Provide technical leadership as subject matter expert ensuring application design aligns with enterprise architecture and standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Strong expertise in Angular, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, backend services, Oracle ERP development/customization, and enterprise integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level developer with strong leadership and project management skills capable of coaching mid-level staff.
- Deep practical knowledge across full-stack development including UI, middleware, APIs, database, and microservices architecture.
- Experienced in building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications with strong understanding of architecture and design patterns.
