About This Role
- Own end-to-end project delivery for enterprise data center deployments from strategic alignment through production handover.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and partner teams to facilitate technical discussions and drive solution decisions.
- Manage complex on-site or remote data center installation deliveries, escalate issues, and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive project delivery management or customer service delivery leadership experience.
- Minimum 5 years of field service, customer implementation, or post-sales support experience for enterprise hardware and software platforms.
- Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, cabling, power, cooling, and deployment workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership managing cross-functional, global teams and ability to engage with both technical and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale, global projects across multiple regions and time zones with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Background or hands-on experience with HPC clusters, InfiniBand, GPU infrastructure, AI infrastructure deployment, or hyperscale data center technologies strongly preferred.
