Experience operating as an offshore HR partner managing geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones with U.S. business alignment.
Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills handling sensitive employee relations and compliance issues.
Background supporting expatriate employee lifecycle and mobility programs within a global HR structure.
