- Manage unit economics and programme budget with forecasting and financial defensibility; lead controlled experiments and commercial discussions with large agency partners.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of product management experience.
- Experience owning growth, partner, referral or incentive programmes where commercial mechanics were central.
- Comfort owning commercial outcomes end to end, including acquisition cost, payback period, contribution margin with finance accountability.
- Proven experience running controlled experiments and drawing accurate conclusions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Product managers skilled in unit economics with discipline to prioritize commercial viability over popularity.
