Experienced in complex Middleware and messaging platforms (Solace PubSub+, IBM MQ appliances, Kafka Confluent platform) in enterprise/BFSI environments with operational and risk compliance focus.
Demonstrates strong troubleshooting and L3 support capabilities with vendor coordination and infrastructure lifecycle management at scale.
Skilled in automation, infrastructure monitoring, cloud exposure, and adherence to compliance and risk management policies for critical financial services technology environments.
