Minimum 7+ years experience relevant to L3 SME Lead level in server administration and virtualization technologies.
ITIL-aligned understanding of incident, problem, change, and service request processes.
Ability and willingness to work in shifts and support 24x7 operations; onsite working location (Chennai).
Deep technical expertise and hands-on experience with x86 servers, VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, NTP, DNS, and server virtualization.
Proven experience in high-impact incident management, RCA, capacity planning, and DR readiness in complex enterprise environments.
Strong leadership in mentoring technical teams, managing escalations, stakeholder communication, and coordinating with OEMs and vendors.
