About This Role
- Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and integrated software solutions supporting their full lifecycle.
- Optimize model performance through training, validation, hyperparameter tuning, and retraining when necessary.
- Design and implement ML pipelines and ensure scalable, reliable production deployment in collaboration with CI/CD teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience in machine learning, programming, algorithms, or related domain (or advanced degree with 3-5 years experience).
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure) and big data tools like Apache Spark.

- Experienced in deploying scalable ML solutions in production environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams including CI/CD engineers.
- Skilled in designing and optimizing ML systems, pipelines, and automated training processes to maximize efficiency.
- Comfortable working on moderately complex technical problems with some leadership or project coordination responsibilities.
