About This Role
- Lead and develop a team responsible for end-to-end tender and contract execution ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, CSP, and Operations teams to achieve customer and commercial objectives and drive operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including adoption of new platforms, automation, AI tools, and best practices to enhance operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Tender Management, Contract Management, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, or related functions.
- At least 3 years of people management experience leading teams of 15 or more employees.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills required.
- Experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or transformation initiatives required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with strong team development and coaching skills focused on building capability and succession planning.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, performance metrics, and driving process standardization in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity or experience with digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled process transformation preferred.
