Minimum 5 years work experience in Oil and Gas industry specializing in Drilling, Completions, or Workovers, including at least 3 years in Applications Support and Business Analysis.
Experience with Scrum or SAFe methodology and Agile software development lifecycle; familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog management tools.
Experience with applications interfacing SQL databases and API integrations; knowledge of Security & Control, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
Has field-related experience (minimum 1 year) in Drilling, Completions, or Workovers and understands well construction design and execution workflows.
Possesses strong digital awareness with ability to leverage technology for problem solving and making data-driven decisions.
Experienced in collaborating across global teams and capable of translating complex engineering workflows into clear product backlog items and features.
