About This Role
- Own end-to-end lifecycle management and operations of enterprise certificate management including issuance, renewal, revocation, and monitoring.
- Administer, configure, automate, and continuously improve Venafi Certificate Management Platform and PKI services with cross-team collaboration for secure, scalable delivery.
- Lead incident management, troubleshoot certificate-related issues, ensure compliance and governance, and drive platform modernization and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years hands-on experience supporting Enterprise Certificate Management Platforms, PKI, or Cybersecurity Infrastructure.
- 3+ years administering and supporting Venafi Certificate Management Platform or similar solutions.
- ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent experience in IT service operations processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with large-scale, global enterprise environments supporting critical security infrastructure.
- Skilled in automation using PowerShell, Python, APIs, and workflow tools to enhance certificate management operational efficiency.
- Capable of providing technical leadership and strategic guidance in certificate lifecycle management aligned with compliance and security standards.
