About This Role
- Lead the development of safety-critical real-time embedded software for avionics applications compliant with DO-178 B/C standards.
- Define software architecture and design, guide the team technically and in processes, and mentor junior members.
- Manage requirement engineering, troubleshoot complex issues from system to flight tests, and coordinate with stakeholders and verification teams.
Minimum Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in full software lifecycle within the avionics domain.
- Hands-on experience in embedded software requirements engineering, architecture, design, embedded programming (C/C++/ADA), and unit testing.
- Experience with RTOS and DO-178 standards and working with global (multi-site) teams on complex technical issues.
- Work Experience Required: More than 5 years in relevant avionics software development.
