About This Role
- Perform complex research, design, and development within a software functional area or product line, delivering cross-functional software products.
- Translate customer/user requests into software solutions; design across multiple systems and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor junior developers, implement development best practices, and contribute to project planning and schedules.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of Software Engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
- Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and strong proficiency in languages such as Java/J2EE, JavaScript, C/C++, SQL, .Net among others.
- Strong understanding of data modeling principles, multiple data storage subsystems, and experience with test-driven development.

- Experienced in designing complex software systems and working in varied development environments with cross-functional teams.
- Capable of mentoring junior engineers and driving adherence to coding best practices and development processes.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
