Operates as an accountable delivery leader focused on outcomes, team culture, flow optimization, and measurable delivery improvements rather than just facilitating roles.
Skilled at strategic alignment of team goals with business objectives and managing realistic forecasted delivery to support stakeholder trust and portfolio health.
