About This Role
- Manage and troubleshoot product, custom application, and integration issues within AVEVA System Platform or SCADA products.
- Provide technical documentation, case tracking, and ensure resolution timelines align with service-level agreements.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate on development activities, with focus on industries like Food & Beverages or Oil & Gas.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Working knowledge of IT in Oil & Gas or Food & Beverages industries with understanding of manufacturing, production, operations, quality management, plant maintenance, material handling, inventory, and dispatch management.
- Experience with current versions of AVEVA System Platform or any SCADA product.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, SQL Server database development or administration, and Microsoft Visual Studio (VB.net and/or C#).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Food & Beverages or Oil & Gas sectors with hands-on operations and management exposure.
- Skilled in technical troubleshooting and providing customer-centric solutions with a questioning approach to existing practices.
- Able to effectively communicate, document findings, and lead or mentor junior members within a hybrid working environment.
