About This Role
- Lead IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities including application, infrastructure, and IT security domains.
- Establish, maintain, and report security KPIs; manage exception group aligned with risk and compensating controls.
- Develop, review, and implement risk management controls, policies, and ITSM process improvements across operations and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT security compliance and IT Service Management within large, multi-client, multi-location environments.
- Strong knowledge and working experience with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2, and PCI-DSS compliance standards.
- Preferred certifications: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or ISO (at least one).
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years supporting IT security compliance and ITSM service management.
