About This Role

Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native web applications using microservices architecture.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and conduct design and code reviews across engineering teams.

Drive platform transitions, troubleshoot complex legacy software, and champion new technology adoption including GenAI integrations.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

12+ years of strong software development and technical leadership experience.

10+ years experience with NodeJS, C#, microservices; 3+ years with SQL and NoSQL data layers.

Hands-on GenAI experience in last 1-3 years including LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, Agentic AI, and inference optimization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven expertise in full-stack development including front-end (React.js/TypeScript), backend services (Node.js, C#, ASP.NET), and data layers.

Experienced in agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Spinnaker), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker).

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex platform transitions with modern software practices and GenAI-powered application development.
