About This Role
- Operate and maintain SCCM Current Branch and Microsoft Intune environments for enterprise Windows device management.
- Manage software packaging, patch deployment, and compliance, including troubleshooting complex installer and patching issues.
- Provide L2/L3 escalation support with deep troubleshooting using logs, PowerShell remediation, and proactive issue identification to improve endpoint stability.
Minimum Requirements
- Hands-on operational experience with SCCM Current Branch and Microsoft Intune device/app management.
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 enterprise management including Windows patching fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT) for application packaging and remediation.
- Work Experience Required: Approximately 3–5 years in endpoint management or similar operational roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operates independently on standard tasks, escalates complex or architectural topics appropriately, and understands production environment impacts.
- Experienced in enterprise-scale endpoint management with strong SCCM foundation and active Intune usage.
- Skilled in structured troubleshooting with practical knowledge of software packaging, patch compliance, and remediation scripting.
