About This Role
- Lead strategic direction, governance, and operational execution of the Enterprise Asset Management Program as a senior individual contributor and enterprise program owner.
- Develop and maintain asset management strategy, roadmap, policies, and governance across IT, OT, cloud, IoT, and connected technologies.
- Serve as business owner for asset management platforms, ensure data quality, risk reduction, compliance readiness, and drive enterprise adoption of asset management standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years experience in asset management, IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, CMDB, governance, or related disciplines.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide programs including strategy, governance, roadmap development, operational execution, and stakeholder engagement without direct people management.
- Experience implementing or governing enterprise asset management tools such as ServiceNow, Axonius, Tanium, Microsoft Defender, Lansweeper, Flexera, or Snow Software.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing asset lifecycle governance covering acquisition through retirement with strong stewardship and data quality controls.
- Familiar with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, CMMC, CIS Controls, and the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
- Skilled at influencing cross-functional stakeholders and executing continuous improvement in global manufacturing, operational technology, cloud, or IoT environments.
