About This Role
- Analyze and interpret production, sales, cost, and operational performance trends to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Coordinate across Production, SCM, Finance, Sales, and Quality teams to enable data-driven decision-making and recommend improvement actions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech/B.Com/BBA) with MBA in Finance, Operations, Analytics or equivalent.
- 4-8 years of work experience in Copper, Metals, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Process Industry.
- Proficiency in Business Analytics, MIS, Power BI, SAP, Data Modelling, KPI Management, Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Experience in manufacturing business performance reporting preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional coordination between production, supply chain, finance, sales, and quality teams for business analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate operational and financial data into actionable insights.
- Prior exposure to process-driven industries like metals or manufacturing, with hands-on experience in performance tracking and reporting.
