Demonstrates ownership and ability to manage production platform stability and lead technical delivery and mentoring within teams.
Familiarity with advanced technologies like Kafka, Spark, Elastic, Kibana, GWT/Angular/React, TDD, and AI-related tools is a strong advantage.
