Experienced leader capable of cross-functional coordination and decision-making under high-pressure, critical incident situations.
Skilled in stakeholder communication, including reporting to senior management and C-level executives.
Operationally adept in proactive risk management, incident lifecycle governance, and continuous process improvement in complex cloud/hybrid infrastructures.
